At the discretion of the inspecting authority, inspections may be waived when a construction cost is less than $2,500.

Minimum required inspections:

• Inspection of footings excavation and reinforcement material for concrete footings prior to the placement of concrete
• Inspection of foundation system during phases of construction necessary to insure compliance with the code
• Inspection of framing to any part of the structure whether it be concrete or wood
• Inspection of any structural members and fastening devices prior to any concealment
• Inspection of any electrical mechanical and plumbing, such as pipes, wiring, and any equipment to electrical, mechanical or plumbing devices prior to concealment.
• Inspection of any energy conserving material (insulation) prior to concealment
• Temporary and final Certificate of Occupancy inspections
