DETERMINATION OF QUORUM -
ARTICLE VIII – VOTING8-1. A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum.
8-2. No action of the Commission shall be valid unless authorized by a majority vote of those present and voting. A tie vote on any motion means the defeat of the motion for lack of a majority vote.
8-3. The Commission may hold meetings and conduct business without a quorum as long as at least four members are present, however, no votes shall be taken unless a quorum is present

PUBLIC HEARING: 7:00 PM or shortly thereafter
1a) Request from Tim Williams (Captain Tim’s Restaurant) for a Certificate of Appreciation to dismantle the ice cream shop and replace it with an oyster bar.
2) Approve site plan for Captain Tim’s addition to the restaurant.
