CALL TO ORDER BY CHAIRMAN

DETERMINATION OF QUORUM - ARTICLE VIII – VOTING

8-1.                A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum.

8-2.                No action of the Commission shall be valid unless authorized by a majority vote of those present and voting. A tie vote on any motion means the defeat of the motion for lack of a majority vote.

NEW BUSINESS

1)                Site Plan Approval – Fitzgerald

2)                Recommendation to the City Council Concerning the Conservation District (C-1) and Recreational District (REC)

Summary:       Eliminate “Manufactured Homes” from the Conservation District permitted use and create a “Recreational District” (Glen Maury Park Area but no part of the golf course) with “Cabins and Cottages” a conditional use in the Recreational District.

Joint Public Hearing held 3/6/08

 3)                ARTICLE 15 – Discussion concerning a 60 day limit on action by the Planning Commission.

OLD BUSINESS

1)                 Discuss  Conflict between Appendix E and 703.03-1 – Parking Standards

Conflict:     1604.02 – For SHHD parking

All comments must be directed to the Planning Commission. Debate between a recognized speaker and an audience member is not allowed.
